Connect your Facebook Page

Let Filo answer Messenger and publish posts on your Facebook Page.

When you are done, Filo answers the messages people send to your Facebook Page and publishes the posts you approve on it.

Before you start

  • Your business has a Facebook Page. A Page is not your personal profile: it has followers, not friends.
  • You can manage that Page with your own Facebook login. To check: open the Page on Facebook. If you can write a post as the Page, you can.
  • You are the owner or an admin of the Filo workspace.

Someone else manages the Page? Send them a setup link instead.

Do not untick anything that is already ticked. It may belong to another tool you use.

Two Pages with almost the same name?

Many businesses have an old Page nobody uses and the real one. Pick the Page with your followers and your recent posts. That is the one your customers know. If you are not sure, open each on Facebook and compare the number of followers.
