Connect your accounts
What each account is for, what to have ready, and where to connect it.
Filo posts and replies through your own accounts. You connect each one once. You sign in on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp yourself, so Filo never sees your password.

Start with the one your customers write to most. For most businesses that is Instagram or WhatsApp.
Where to connect
Open Settings
Tap Menu at the bottom right, then Settings.
Tap MenuClick Settings in the left column.
Click SettingsOpen Integrations
Tap Section and choose Integrations.
Click Integrations in the row at the top.

Every account has its own Connect button. What happens next is on that account's page.
One button per account
One button per accountWhich one are you?
- I have the logins myself. Go to the page of the account: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta ad account.
- Someone else looks after our Facebook and Instagram (a colleague, a relative, an agency). Send them a link and they connect everything for you, without a Filo login. See Let someone else connect for you.
- We have 2 or 3 locations. You can connect several accounts of the same kind. See Manage your connected accounts.
- I am not the owner. Only the owner and admins of a workspace can connect accounts. Ask the owner to make you an admin, or to connect them.
